Can anyone tell me how to apply for an IEC Working Holiday Visa. The website said it would be active on Jan 18th 2011 but it's still not working. I can't find any forms anywhere??? Please help :(

You have to register for an application kit. I'm assuming you are in the UK? Click the link at the bottom of this page.
