27-i think last option, complicated to navigate the site, 28-answers from many people, 29-references, 30-expertise

27th is not complicated to navigate because for bad sounds they never checked in site. 30 face up(something) they said complicated to navigate in the site but is recommended by experts so they have to consider it.
