Can some one tell me what do they mean by question number 19 in "Application for permanent residence in Canada". I am from Jordan and I work in Canada. In Jordan we have identity cards issued by the goverment so should I put my Jordanian ID card number here? and if I put it then when I send a copy for it should I send it as it in arabic or should I attach a translated copy along with it?
Is it going to make them refuse my application if I simply wrote "N/A"?

Identity card is by which your country can scan you, like 'social security card' in the USA or 'social insurance number' in Canada. if your governmental # is mostly like those you have to put it, and have notarized the translated copy of it. my country does not have that system (just Birth cert, and passport) so i put in my application 'N/A'
Does any one who live in Toronto know were can I translate my ID card? In the instruction guid it says that any document that is not in English or Frensh should be translated and certified so where can I certify it in Toronto?
