ICT WP Applications at NY Consulate - Aug & Sep 2014

Hi,

I am starting a thread for Aug & Sept 2014 Intra-Company Transfer (ICT) work permit applications at NYC. I myself applied online on September 4 and have not heard anything back yet. Anyone applied in August 2014 got passport request? Please share your experiences/timeline if you are still waiting or have received your decision and best of luck!

I applied online on Sep 8. My attorney is saying to wait atleast till Nov end to get any updates :-[ Did you file online or on paper?

Just an update for the people who are waiting for Passport request:

I have received the Passport request on 2-Oct-2014. Sent the passport to VAC. waiting for the stamped passport.

How does it determine whether it goes to Newyork or any other office?

if you are in USA...all USA applications will goto NYC only

Thanks.. Do you know the exact steps.. What i know is 1. Apply online 2. CIC will send you the notification on the decision 3. If approved, they will ask for Passport and medical exam. Is that correct....

The steps you have mentioned is correct, but I did not have any medical exam. I believe no med exam required for the people who are in US and apply in US.

Hi All,

I have received my stamped passport today.

The below are the milestones:

Applied online on : 4th Sep 2014
Passport Req received on : 2nd Oct 2014
Sent the passport to VAC on : 3rd Oct 2014
Passport received at VAC on : 6th Oct 2014
Received the Visa stamped passport back on : 16th Oct 2014
