ICT VISA - CHANGE OF JOB TITLE AFTER SUBMISSION?

I was wondering if I could do the following:

I am working for "Joe Smith Coffee" as a Barista. Once our ICT application is submitted and approved, can my employer promote me to a "Manager" for "Joe Smith Coffee" or must I remain in the same position? When applying for express entry, am I able to use my new contract as a "Manager" or must I only be able to use the contract that was used when applying for ICT as a "Barista"?

Your job must match the NOC on your LMIA. If getting a new job, need a new LMIA. Your NOC for EE is the one on your LMIA.
