my husband’s work has told him that with his work transfer from the uk to Canada, he will need to apply for a ICT at the Toronto airport. He is a highly skilled upper level manager at a multi national pharmaceutical company so he seems to be exactly what the new regulations are looking for.
A few questions:
What does he need to provide at the airport for the Work permit?
Is applying when we arrive safe?
We plan to stay on Canada as I am canadian and so our son is a citizen and our unborn child will be born there this summer. What steps should I take next to ensure he does not have to keep extending his work permit? I am a housewife as he earns quite well. Is spousal sponsorship applicable in our situation?
