Iam from India Muslim iam a married 1st wife and I have children’s 4, Iam married one girl other Hindu religion. We both in love and married. She have life threatening in India, So Iam bring to Canada now, Now we are applied for asylum. No my 1st wife and my children’s getting a problems because Iam married other religion girls . Please suggest me how to bring my 1st wife and children’s to Canada ?? . I need to law of Canada ? Help me

Canada will not recognize your marriage to your second wife since polygamy is not permitted in Canada. I assume you declared your first wife and your children from your first marriage in your asylum application. This is a complicated situation and you need to be working with a good lawyer.

Would add that it will likely be almost impossible for your first wife and children to get TRVs given your asylum claim in Canada. Even when asylum claims are accepted there are typically many years of family separation. As previously stated this is an extremely complex case given Canada does not allow bigamy. As previously noted get a good lawyer.
