I wanted to go back tó canada but they turned me back because I got denied in vienna. We had a lots of fight with my wife since and I want tó divorce from her. Anybody knows What can I do?

File for divorce in the country that you now live in. It will not help you get PR in Canada, given your previous history, but at least you will have tidied up that situation. As Scylla told you in your previous post, you have really messed up your chances of immigrating into Canada.

that's a bit strange they denied you because your wife massage . Maybe you shouldn't have tried entering Canada anyways . From your previous post you are no more with your wife but a different woman with whom you have a son . If that's right maybe you can divorce your wife but it will be very difficult for the mother of your son to sponsor you . You will need the best lawyers and all the luck you can get . It was a huge mistake separating from your wife for that long and not withdrawing the application . What were you going to do if you got your pr approved? Still live with your new gf? And leave your wife all by her self ? That's not even posible because she sponsored . I feel bad for your situation . Hopefully things work out well for you somehow

You do know what a "massage parlour" is? If you look at the previous posts, he explains what went on there.

The fact he was living with another woman who he had a kid with... probably also factored into the VO's decision there.

Next steps for the OP should be to get legally divorced from current wife, get married to other woman, and apply again for spousal sponsorship. Perhaps CIC will be a bit more lenient this time considering they have a child together. Exclusion order to Canada should be over by the time all this happens.

oh yeah I thought it was a place where you get a massage until I googled it . I was thinking maybe she abused her job by offering sexual activities lol. I mean if he had withdrawn his application earlier it would have helped . Thanks for drawing my attention zardoz

Wait so just because I'm curious, somebody who works at a "massage parlour" is not allowed to sponsor?

His wife was working as a sex trade worker, read his previous posts.

I got that, hence the quotation marks.
If she was working as a sex trade worker she's not allowed to sponsor? what?

I dont wanted to live with her after I got my pr card. I was kinda happy with the decision. But know I have a 18 months old son who wasnt claimed by me when he was born. I was scared and people were telling to not to claim him and I Really didnt know What tó do.I want to divorce and I want tó claim my son. I have been in hungary for more Than 3 months without seeing hím. Now my girlfriend and my son Are coming here tó live with me. After I divorce I want to marry her here in hungary. I dont know What my chances Are for me to go back to canada, but I hope one day we can be a happy family.

I did some research, and it would be very difficult (or impossible) to get divorced from Hungary. I think you need to convince your wife to submit the papers from Canada.

living with your current gf for a while may better your chances a bit but it gonna be very difficult . Cic may scrutinize you more . I don't know abt the divorce though. Like someone said maybe your wife can do that. I doubt if she will .

I think on the whole you are very fortunate in that you were not refused on the basis of immigration fraud. That said, it is very important to get a lawyer for your next application. How you explain your previous actions could make or break it and a good lawyer can help you with that.

You have 2 options.
1. Get a legal divorce from your ex, marry your current gf, and apply as married spouse for PR.
2. No divorce, live with your current gf and son in Hungary for 12 consecutive months, then apply as common-law for PR.
