My immigration got denied to Canada when we filled from India.

A divorce from India would be legally recognized in Canada if one of the parties has been legally residing in India for 1 year prior to the commencement of the divorce proceedings. If you are a legal resident of the US for the past 12 months, you can file for divorce there.
