This is my second time to renew my PR card. Now My PR card expires in March 2021.
Is it ok if i complete my 2yrs stay in canada obligation upto march 2021? And after that i should apply for renewal.?
I am still not clear when my 5 yr block starts or when i complete my 5 yr block. Do they start counting it from PR card issue date or from the date of entry in canada ?
Pl help to understand as i want to go india for 6months.

There is no 5 years "block". It's a rolling 5 years period.

Simply put, it works like this...
1. Count back 1825 days from "today". In those days, were you in Canada for at least 730 days?
2. If yes, you can apply for a PR card renewal.
3. If no, stay another day in Canada and go back to 1.
