however i would like to reserve my comments on buffalo.
that must be bluff. when they had seen all other CHC's records, they were ashamed and just took a median value from other CHC's processinhg time and put in for themselves.
for thousands of buff applicant - it has been so frustrating...!!! - i apologize.

According to CIC website All region's average of 30% cases finalized is 2 months. While if we look at the individual countries data the average time period required to finalize 30% cases varies from 3 to 8 months.

They say things and do the reverse , it is very funny. Maybe they are unable to calculate the processing times. It is a pity to tell lies in plain day light. There is no visa office that completes application forms within 2 months. Mine has been sitting in there since July 2009, and i have never heard anything from them. Have written an e.mail , but no reply. I have given up and continue my daily activities.
