I Really need your help re: Police Clearance from Taiwan, ROC

My family and i are currently living in Sharjah, UAE. We are both working here as well. We applied for immigrant status in Canada last december 2008 and fortunately received our confirmation letter in a short time. all the final documents has been submitted to our agency but unfortunately, since my husband worked in Taiwan Republic of China in the year 2001 -2003 we are requiring to submit police clearance coming from China.What shall we do? how can we get police clearance from China,since we are in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates? please i need your help sir and ma'am...this has been a childhood dream of going to Canada... thank you so much!

there u will get how to apply for PCC from any country.

It appears that it is not very easy to get, if you live outside those countries. However, i would advice you to contact the embassy of Taiwan in Abou Dhabi or Dubai before you start because they might help you (try to proceed as soon as possible because it seems that they will take a while to issue such a certificate).
