please i want to kow if i sholud include my husband in my application IMM 0008 applicatin for permament residence he is my spouse and he is a canadain he is sponsoring me. the part DETAIL FOR FAMILY MEMBERS. i want to know if i should include him. and my husband said we should include 30 photos that what the immigration lady he met at british columbia told him, he said 20 of our wedding pics and 10 of our outing and trips and she is going to help us go through our appication before we send it in, well we are submitting our application by july.

You have to give only your details in IMM008 being you are the applicant.
As your husband is your sponsor, you should not include there.
But in the form 5406 - for family members you have to show his details as "husband".
You have to submit the photos as mentioned for proof of relation.

If I remember correctly you are going through Accra, right? I would strongly suggest you send more than 30 photos. This is a terribly difficult office to get approved in, and the more proof you send, the better.

I agree with bobshynoswife. 30 photos are not enough. The immigration lady who is helping you - is she a consultant? Does she have experience with African applicants? Accra is a very diificult office. You should send in as much proof as you can - you will need far more than an applicant from an easy country like the USA or France, for example. In particular, photos of your outings and trips, and photos of you with family and friends, are very important. If you've got more than 10, include them.
