Hi,

Will someone please help me in that I applied for ECA at CES University of Toronto on 18th January, 2018. Still I have not heard from CES. For official Academic records CES says

"Official academic records (transcripts/mark sheet/result card) must be sent directly from the awarding institution in a sealed envelope to CES."

Here 'The Awarding Institution' means my university or 'HEC' please help me in this regard..
