(1) No. If you have post-secondary qualification, then no need to send CES secondary (Matriculation) or Intermediate (higher secondary) credentials

(2) For post-secondary education, the issuing authority is the "organization of study" if it is "chartered"
(3) (a) No black and white photocopies
(b) CES wants colour copies of your official degree + official transcript. Plus they want one copy of official transcripts sent to them
Last year, in early period CES was faster. As the year progressed, they increased time in which they will provide assessment. From what I read, last year, they started from 7 weeks processing time and went to 15 weeks processing time. For 2015, their processing time is 18 weeks. Please check their website.

I'v sent my docs in Nov 2014. My CC was charged in Dec 2014. They say my report will come somewhere in April 2015.

College-issued mark sheets/result cards will not be accepted unless from an autonomous college

please tell me if my university is not recognized by HEC but my university is ready to official document directly to CES so is there any chance for me to apply for CES, weather they will accept it or not??
