any physician (in any country) will do medicals for you no matter which office you filed in.

This is simply not the case. The physician must be a CIC approved panel physician, but it can be done anywhere in the world.

CIC makes it very easy to find this information on their website:

I second this..

Just need to make sure that the doctor /clinic is e-Medical enabled (which is mostly the case now-a-days) as this cuts the whole cycle time (transmitting results to CIC) to a week or 10 days, if all results are in acceptable range.

Address does not need to be changed just because you use panel doctor of another country for medicals.

I assumed it was obvious I meant CIC approved panel physician. I am sorry if it was not 100% clear.
