Hi nav,

How soon is your visa going to expire and what is your PR timeline? Are you pre or post Jun applicant? The answers to these questions will help the members give you a better answer.

But if you have to leave USA then obviously you need to inform them ASAP to update them about the new address so that they could send your meds to the new address. Even if you are tight on time and miss the Meds which might (in the future) get posted to the US address, you can get them done from your new address....but inform them.

Mitali

thanks for reply
i m going to be out of status within 3 months.
i sent my application in the month april 2010 and i got my aor in the month of july 2010. i sent my documents to buffalo in august.
i do not know i m pre or post june applicant because there is sydney and buffalo.
thanks

You can get your application to be sent to your home country for processing. Then you wont have to worry about the Visa status. I think you are Pre-June, and it will take time for your application to be processed.

No, CHC doesn't transfer applications because the applicant moves. Applications will only be transferred to "support the integrity of the process"
