hello everybody
i,m new on this forum and decided to post my query for a hopeful and a positive reply!i entered usa in 2000 "LEGALLY".and stayed there for 10 years.during that time i became illegal and got married .from that marriage i got a work permit for 9 months and a valid social security card.after that i again became out of status.in 2007 i got married again to a u.s. citizen and also have a u.s. born son.after that i applied for adjustment of status through my spouse and filed for I- 130. IT IS STILL PENDING.now i have travelled back to my home country india while my wife and son is in usa.my questions are :
1)can i apply for canadian immigration under fsw.(i have a hotel management degree and work exp of restaurant in usa)
2)can i just apply for myself and not for my son and wife since they are in usa and they can travel to canada easily.
3)do i have to include details of my wife and son in the application for canada.
