I lost my Study Permit, Please help.

I lost my Study Permit.

I have a scanned copy of my Study Permit with me.

I try to call CIC but they don't answer these type of queries.

How long will it take to get a Duplicate permit? Do I really need one? I don't want any extension in Study permit. I'll only apply for Post Graduate Work Permit. I don't have any SIN or Off Campus WP. It is ending in March 2014.

Current processing times is a month.

Yes you really need one.
