i just came from Greece here in Montreal to my cousin and i am trying to get visa so i can find work and stay here.Unfortunately its very difficult and also to find somebody to sponsor me and i am trying to find a solution....Its very important for me to stay here and work....If somebody can advice me and help me with this i would appreciate it....Thank you

1. You need to find an employer that will apply for a Labour Market Opinion to HRSDC after advertising the position on the job bank.
2. The employer then sends a copy of the LMO with an application for a CAQ to Quebec Immigration.
3. The approval/refusal of the LMO will take about 8-12 weeks. If you get an approved LMO and a CAQ you then can go to the border and get a work permit. If you require a medical, you have to apply to a Canadian office in the US.
