I have a valid WORK PERMIT & SIN till June 2021, My Visa got expired in July 2020, I came to India on vacation in July 2020.
How to apply for Visa from outside Canada online.

I have visited the IRCC website following is a link "Visitor visas for workers and students: How to apply from inside Canada". however I am outside Canada.
Due to Covid19, all Visa offices are closed in India. My employer wants me to join immeditely.

Can someone guide me, so that I can get my Visa to travel?

What can’t you apply online. You are on the wrong link. Processing is about 5 months which may cause issues if your work permit expires before then.

Thank you however the link provided is for Visitor/ Tourist Visa not for Work Visa

But don’t you have a work visa already? You need a TRV to enter.

Thank you for your prompt guidance. That's the whole story I have a Valid Work Permit, However when i came to my country. My visa expired.

Your travel visa expired so you need a new TRV to enter Canada with your work permit. You have a valid work permit.
