I have one question about cbsa

Hello everybody, can someone answer my question? Right now i'm in Thailand visiting my wife since nearly a month and will go back to canada next saturday. We plan to bring back some of her clothe because (before she got her visa) I used only one luggage of 12kg instead of two of 23kg allowed. Is it allowed? I know about the limit of 800$ without tax and I'll be below it.

I brought two 23kg luggages which was filled with clothing (travelled with air Canada) and paid extra CDN 100 for one more.

if you bring her own clothing (not brand new) , you would not pay tax (I didn't )

if CBSA would ask you about the luggage, then tell the truth that you bring some your wife's stuff (maybe show proof of her outland app).
