I reached out to the lawyer seeking his advice, and he recommended that I wait an additional five months. Consequently, I waited for the specified duration, successfully obtained the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), and subsequently secured 600 points. As a result, I received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) and am currently awaiting the outcome of my application.
