i have confusion about move to university from college after first semester.

i got offer letter from seneca college for may 2019 intake in electronic engineering technician course.but i am planning to apply in one good university for master for September 2019 intake.so it is possible to move to university after first sem and if it is possible then what will be about my fees which i have paid in seneca college of first year. plz give me advise about this.

U need to confirm from Seneca college about your fees. Most probably they'll not return as you are going to study one semester there.
If you don't commence your studies, maybe they'll return back the money after deducting administrative costs.
