I have a new passport and a study permit which include old passport number

i m an International student from China, i get a new passport in Canada since my passport and Visa will expire in this month.
The expired date of my Study permit which include my old passport number is in Summer 2017.

Can i use my new passport and old valid Study permit to renew my Visa?
