I got my US visa on Canada RTD

Hello sir , I don’t understand you said you extended the old visa ? How
Please explain me a process!

I have a valid visa on my national passport which expired.
I am permanent resident of Canada Refugee status
I came canada via usa with legal canada visa .
Should I have to apply new visa on RTD
Or any other way to get US visa??
Please suggest

Your old visa has most likely been canceled by the US.

Yes, apply for a new visa using your RTD.

Once I came canada legally on visitor visa
Then Covid happen visa expired
I applied refugee status.
They also stamps on my passport when I leave USA legally out

Yes they can cancel the visa, I did the same thing all 'legal' entries and still had to apply for a new US visa

So guys in the USA on RTD at the border, nothing was asked. They just sent me to the immigration office for an I94 to renew, asked how many days and where I was going to stay, and handed it over to me the RTD with greetings, welcome to the USA. It took hardly 10 minutes to clear the border.

Nationality should be the country that issued your passport before you claimed asylum in Canada. Nat'l ID No. is if you have a nat'l ID from the same country, and its valid then provide that number. Otherwise leave it blank.

hello guys. I have RTd and 10 years US visa on it , but RTD is going to be expired at the end of this year. I haven't received my PR yet but so far, IRCC agent told me everything completed so it should be here soon. ( I am hoping ). I was wondering how can I transfer my US visa on my new PRTD when I apply for a new one ? Does anyone have any experience about this ? or I am open for any suggestions. Thanks !

You don’t need to transfer anything. Your visa valid for 10 years. You need to carry both your old and valid rtds together when you travel to USA.

If it’s expired I don’t think you need to. But there is information on the application form about that. Mine was not expired yet when I applied for another one. I wrote a letter that I want my old one back because I have valid us visa. So they sent to me both.
