1) depends on your representative (for now, i bet u will get a PPR)
for a person from visa-free country like u and me, they have sent a document called Ready for CoPR by email
2) CoPR is literally a paper. u have to bring it to the border. so it comes by mail not an email but PPR or Ready for CoPR come thru internet, tho
3) it depends on where u live and who ur representative is. PPR takes little bit more in general but CoPR comes by regular mail which takes longer than any others and if u get a PPR or ready for CoPR, u can send it by express so it wont be so different anyway both takes just within 2 weeks
i missed one thing that
Ready for CoPR is basically same as a PPR but copy of passport.
PPR requires original passport
but that one requires a copy of it
and rest of it are all same. (photocopies and biodata file)
It is more than 1 months now since i got DM . I am living outside Canada and have applied for PR under province nomination class. How long it may take to reach stage?

If your ecas shows DM then you can call CIC call centre and they can let you know what is decision made on your file (I am pretty sure that will be approval) good luck

im pretty sure that there is a specific representative in charge for us who have got DM on 20th of may for pnp.
i ve got a gcms note few days ago and it says she doesnt even start processing for CoPR. her code is bb01127.
what an unfair system.
