Thank you for your kind reply. Can you please share with me briefly the concept of Telephonic landing. I live in the US and because of visa issues I don' feel comfortable crossing the borders because am worried about renewing my US visa?
Telephone landing is for people who live inside canada
once your pr is approved you get an email inviting you to participate; if you agree COPR doc is sent to your canadian address. A appointment is provided when cic officer calls you. landing is done on the phone. COPR is sent back to ircc provided address. cic officer signs it sends it back. person become pr on the day cic officer signs it
Thanks! I am from Burnaby, BC and the timestamp is Dec.6. So I think that is the normal delay for Canada Post. And you will probably get yours very soon.

Congrats! Was your letter sent from Montreal?
I received an invitation for a phone interview on Dec 1
On Dec 6 my CoPR was sent by IRCC from Montreal.
The phone interview was on Dec 13, but I had not received that letter on time.
Still waiting for the CoPR.
IRCC agents just told me to wait. They don’t know what to do in case if my letter was lost, because there is no tracking number and this is a pilot project.
I don’t know what to do. I hope to finally get this letter any time soon.
Who is still waiting for the CoPR that was sent on Dec 5-7?

I am unable to understand this pilot program . Today I called , the lady was extremely rude but she confirmed that the COPR that I sent yesterday was cancelled , now I’m not sure what’s gonna happen as the agent told me yesterday to follow the instructions in the letter that stated sign and send the COPR with passport photos . It should be arriving tomorrow . Few people in this forum has encountered in their interview to send the COPR back . Can please those guys confirm what happened in their case please

CIC Agents are clueless on pilot program and what to do and provide their interpretation based on the notes available in your account and the team managing itself keep changing process as they discover new situations (holding interviews even without coprs etc). Few days before when i called one agent said i need one time visa to land at cic office along with coprs
Ideally CIC should have set up a phone line (one single line with one person supporting it) to handle this and not route anything to regular agents till the process becomes formal
but why did the agent ask you send photos yesterday if the coprs were cancelled
Hi guys, so my COPR arrived on December 18 (finally!). It was sent xpresspost from CIC on the 12th and I live in Vancouver so there was a little delay.
When I had my phone landing call on the 15th where I did not have my COPR the agent let me continue then told me to sign and send back with pics etc...
So my COPR is all correct apart from the sections which read "last port of entry", "last date of entry" and "first date of entry" - these are all blank!
Am I meant to fill these in myself or leave blank? The agent on my call asked me these questions but did not mention filling them in on my COPR.

I couldn't get through so added the info and initialed next to it as you mentioned doing. I hope it goes through okay, we will see! Just thought it was better to add that information rather than leaving blank.
