I got a letter mentioned to contact IOM!

Assalam u alaikum: i recieved a letter from Canadian High Commission that we are guided to contact the IOM office to get and clear our visas ! if the owner of case (applicant) go to IOM office will they give the visas of all members (5 visas) to him or all the member of family should go and get thier visas ?
and my second question is (after getting the visas for how long can we stay in pakistan ? i mean do we have times to stay in pakistan or immediately we should leave to Canada ? because we dont have passports.

You'll definitely need passports to travel and enter Canada.

If it were me, I'd leave straight away and land, then come back if there are things left to be done.
