I have received "Medical Instruction Sheet and Medical Form" on 2nd Feb'2013 via email.
I am waiting since 2nd Feb'2013 for receiving a original passport. I also called to TCS(visatronix) for collection of passport but they told me that they have not my passport you contact to High Commission of Canada Islamabad, Pakistan. So i emailed to High Commission of Canada Islamabad, Pakistan but till 21st Feb'13 no response from High Commission of Canada Islamabad, Pakistan so I take an appointment from IOM Karachi center date is 25th Feb'13 (09:30am) when I was go to IOM centre Karachi they told me that bring Original passport.
In the Medical Instruction Sheet High Commission of Canada Islamabad, Pakistan they clearly write you can go with "Original passport or Computerized National Identity Card or Driving License" for Medical examination but IOM Karachi rejected this written information completely. On today 25th Feb'13 High Commission of Canada Islamabad, Pakistan has not replied my email. So what I do ??

I am in the same situation, IOM not taking medical and CHC not responding to my email since 22nd February. Share when you receive your passport.

Guys I'm having the same problem. I contacted IOM several times and now they said that if all the applicants who have this issue can email them then their management will raise this issue to Canadian High Commission. So kindly email IOM on the below email address

I got appointed on 25th Feb'13
but when I went to IOM KHI they said no medical would be conducted without Original Passport
So at that movement I request to security guard kindly dial extension for medical officer I talked to medical officer I also gave that is "Medical instruction sheet is clearly write bring Orginal PP or CNIC or Driving License or any other card that show your picture and signature" but she said before 20th Feb'13 we conducted the medical examination with passport photocopies but after changing of policy after 20th Feb'13 all students/people can bring original passport otherwise we can can not consider.
After resisting so much they had not agreed to conduct medical exam with original CNIC and employment card with color photocopy of Passport.
They told me email to MHDteam Islamabad ask them to your problem but when I email to MHDteam they refuse my request humbly. Parallel i email to CHC islamabad as well.
I request to you all people that similar case please email MHDteam and CHC Islamabad as well so that we can save time by doing medical exam otherwise problem still remains.

How do we book an appointment with IOM?? And do you think i will get the appointment soon or will it be very busy schedule for them??
You can call them a day before to make an appointment.

call them and check the availibility, when i called at Khi IOM i got appointment for the very next day.

did you had your medical recently?? Are you from khi as well?? I called them at around 5 pm today and there was some automated call which asked me to book an appointment through email thats what confused me
Tomorrow is Friday and their timing may be 8 to 12 so call them before 12 am

yeah bro , i am from khi , and yes i gave my medical recently and alhumdulillah i hv got my visa too, rest all is on my signature .
