I got 1 year PGWP instead of a 3 year

I intended to combine two programs of 1 year length each but when i applied for my PGWP, i uploaded only one program transcript and certificate of the other program. How can i correct this mistake as i only got 1 year because there was no indication in my previous application of the length of my second program

You should have uploaded everything for both programs & an explanation letter. Call them and see what they say.

I know, i got the PGWP before i was told that was the mistake i made. I called them and they said i should apply on mail but i do not know which application form to fill and they were not specific...the link they sent directs me to extend my work permit but i do not find that specific to my issue
