In ecas, CIC added a new line on 26 September:
4-We sent you a notice on September 26, 2018 to appear and write the citizenship test on October 31, 2018 at 8:30 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment.
Also, I received my GMCS notes and they mentioned the same date.
Today is 27 October without receiving the letter.
I have contacted CIC and he told me that I need to wait to 30 October.
Do you have any idea:
If I don't receive it by 31 October, Could I go without the invitation? it is the office of Montreal, do you have any idea about the office where people pass the test? the address?
