For example, This workplace got a positive LMIA visa and the boss gave it to me but there are some of troubles between us then I can move to other workplace with this Lmia work permit?

No - you can't.

If you want to work for someone else, your new employer needs to obtain a new LMIA and then you need to obtain a few work permit. Once the new work permit is approved, you can then switch to a new employer.

Thank you ! I have one more question

I have been working in Manitoba and I am about to apply for MPNP.

After I pass the MPNP Nominee Program, I can quit my job or I have to work there until I will be a permanent resident ??

You should remain in that job until you have PR if you want to avoid jeopardizing your PR application.

Sorry - your question doesn't really make sense so I'm not sure how to answer it.

I don't know. You'll need to research the program requirements.
