I am stuck at Eligibility Review Required.. Need Help

I recently checked the GCSM notes from my PR application and saw that in reviewing my eligibility, the officer was unable to find sufficient information regarding my previous work experience and responsibilities.
I submitted letters from my employers with the information.
I hope they take into consideration the docs

It says the your score assessed is still 450 above the round. how many years of employment do you have in total?

Two years!! I just deleted few lines to keep it short, as I have two years of experience in the same company but with different designations.

So you mean it is very much necessary to provide the letter explaining the roles and responsibilities, despite providing the 10 other documents proving my employment. As I posted my GCMS here few days back, my work history is under review since November last year. score hasn't dropped though. But curious and impatient to know what can I do now.

If your score didn’t drop below the round you should be fine...try to request the GCSM notes once a month.

IRCC only needs an offer letter in which the Start and end dates are clearly mentioned along with details about your job duties. Rest other documents which we attach are just the supporting documents.

In my case job duties are self-attested because my employer doesn't mention job duties on offer letter. However, from GCMS notes, it is clear that at this stage they have considered my job history and hasn't been any drop in score. Thanks to people in this thread, I am able to clear many doubts. Only concern I have is file is not moving. and I think I just have to wait and watch.

I had received my first set of GCMS notes on Feb 2019 and learned that I'm in 'Review Required' for Eligibility. Later I've submitted few documents which might support the officer review. Last updated date of the application was Jan 10th 2019

I had received my second set of GCMS notes on May 2019. I'm in still in the 'Review Required' status but I found few differences in the Analyst notes. Some of the lines review required category lines were removed when compared with the first GCMS notes.

For EG: In my first notes, Review required for employment - no duties were mentioned. This particular was removed and I see just white blank space. Also, last updated date for the overall application was Feb 5th 2019. My Review required due date was set to Feb 9th 2019. But they haven't cleared it yet.

Any insights? Is this positive? Appreciate your expertise.

It looks positive because the review on your reference letter was removed.
What else RR is required for ? Is it mentioned ?

This means the Immigration officer is going to spend some time on your application and might ask for some ADR. stay positive, keep me posted

He might have already considered your new letter. Apply for gcms notes in a month or so and see how it will go. Good luck
