Hello , i have been here in US since 2015 i applied for an Asylum case here but still pending , i was thinking about close my case in US and come to Canada to apply for an asylum case there , is that possible ??

can i do that ? if i can , what are the steps ?
 
Do you have any family members in Canada?

In that case you unfortunately cannot apply for refugee status in Canada due to the Safe Third Country Agreement. This agreement states that if you are going to claim refugee status, you have to do it in the first safe country you reach - which in your case was the US. If you had close family in Canada, then you would fall under an exemption to the agreement. However since you don't, applying for asylum / refugee status in Canada is not an option for you.
