My pr application is in the process, I have a question that if i change the province during my pr application processing will this delay my application or have any affect on it. I am a convention refugee.

Thanks for the reply I really appreciate it, Just one more thing since I check Toronto as my intended city to live in this will have no affect if I move to another province.

Does changing provinces while waiting for a hearing require a special procedure? Or is it treated like any other change in address?
