Husband's SP approved but no update on my OWP

Hey guys,

My husband's SP was approved on the 17th but, to this day, there hasn't been any update on my OWP application.
What happens if I have no answer until our travel date?
Can I enter Canada with my husband with an eTA?

The applications do not have to processed at the same time. You can enter Canada if you have eTA. You can’t work until your OWP application is approved or refused.
