I have a SP issued before 18th March. The school will issue me a travel support letter next week. My husband has a OWP issued on 17th March and has a job offer. Our child's visa was approved on 30th April we have a travel restriction exemption letter for her. Can we travel travel together? Or better if I enter first.

Could you please tell which country you're planning to travel from and which airlines? Will be immensely helpful in trying to plan travel and flights please...
Oh I see...that's good if you're being allowed to board the flight from your departure airport in Italy.
Unfortunately some in India are not even getting the chance to board the flight. Air India is the only carrier, and that too is denying 1st time fliers (students) from boarding, asking for letter from canadian high commission here (which is impossible to get).
Of course except for those people who book through the agents who charge double. Agents have an arrangement with Air India staff to allow boarding to those who've paid extra money which goes to everyone - right from travel agent to Air India officials.
The others who don't get lucky to find the correct agent have to suffer their entire lives, losing all the hard-earned opportunity they've worked all their lives for.
Such is the state in India and there's nobody/nothing to stop these unfair practices.
I wonder how long this will continue for, and when IRCC & the High Commission will come to know that the process by which people from India with visas come into Canada is not free and fair.
We were treated similarly when the Covid 19 case numbers were high a couple of months back. Now the things are quite under control, that could be a reason for less hassle to travel from Europe. In some parts of Europe again numbers are increasing slowly things can change any minute. Hope and pray we all can get through this mess soon.

Canada still has travel restrictions in place. You can come to Canada. However the answer is not as clear for your husband and child. Their travel may be deemed as non-essential. If your husband had a job offer in Canada already, that would allow him to board.
