Needed help!! Found husband infidelity . Ived sponsored him he came 2013 now his not staying with me for almost 6 months now. I wanted to file divorcee can I do that here? Told him to go home Abd be with the new family ,he kept from me coz he knew once I found out I will stop his sponsorship? I know that he may loose his or status for not complying in regards to new memo about sponsored husband?. I don't want t him to be deported all I want from finis to go home and give up his or status by writing to the immigration that he will stay in the philippinesforgoid,is it possible

It's very important. In http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/pinoy-october-applicants-2012-t120415.0.html;msg2281044#msg2281044 you give a filed date of 24 Oct 2012 but the condition only applies to applications RECEIVED on or after the 25 Oct 2012.

If the condition was not applied to his COPR for whatever reason, you cannot do much to him. You have to live with the remaining sponsorship undertaking.

I just read the email that was sent to me by Cic . Application was received on the 24 of October... So his not case is not covered by that changes in regards to non compliance sponsored spouse. So wat do u think the best thing to do. The moment he came here evrything was off his so distant tried to talk to him about it . He just kept silent , he made me believed that evrything was my fault ,coz I'm older than him 4 yrs and I he said I can't give him a child . I put up all his crap he doesn't hit me physically but the emotions abused ived got from him. He never considered me as his wife. I did my evrything to save this marriage and he didn't do anything . Feels like he just used me as a ticket to come here to meet his dreams .

I noticed you mentioned infidelity and that he has a new family which he kept from you.

Does he have another wife and/or children which he did not disclose on his application? If yes, you can report him to CBSA and CIC for lying on his application.

Divorce him and move on? As "Condition 51" doesn't appear to apply to him, there is not much more you can do. You are still liable for the sponsorship undertaking until August 2016.
