My profile was somewhat similar to yours...but unfortunately I got refusal stating the reason on academic grounds....10th 60% and 12th 51%....IELTS 6.5 no module less than 6...loan 12 lacs...course was diploma in accounting....
Getting visa under spp depends on how lucky you are...

Profile is okay. Is the loan equal to 80 percent of 1st year fee + living expenses?

Did you have any particular stream of choice or selection of subject in 12th? Like science or science subjects? Or Commerce?
