Please i have this question bothering, I would appreciate if anyone can help me shed some lights on this.
My H&C application was denied and I did the judicial review which leave was granted and a hearing date for Nov. was fixed, pls does this stop my removal order becos the CBSA still sent the letter of removal.
Please kindly enlighten me on this, thank You.
