OK - that's good you applied to extend your visitor status. That gives you valid status in Canada even if the application is withdrawn.
If you want to remain in Canada long term and live here, you'll need to look into applying for PR on your own through an economic stream like Express Entry. Detailed information here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp
I don't see any chance of an H&C application succeeding unless there's something you haven't told us about yourself.
- I also have another question, after my ex withdraw sponsorship application, does the OWP application still work? I mean whether I still can wait for the result and can work in Canada if I have a Work permit?
My former job in my country was Account Supervisor which related in PR & Marketing so it is not in the list of jobs in NOC. So I suppose that this program is not suitable for me...

OWP application will be canceled with your ex withdraws the sponsorship application. The OWP is dependent on the inland sponsorship application.
There is no list of NOCs. Provided you have at least one year of paid full tim skilled work experience (i.e. A, B or 0) - you qualify to apply through Express Entry / Federal Skilled Worker. There are other requirements you need to meet and qualifying doesn't necessarily mean you'll be selected (it's a points based system and those with the most point are picked).
You would only qualify for Canadian Experience Class if you have at least a year of paid full time work experience in Canada.

So I understand that No chance for me to stay here as although I have lived in Quebec for 8 months, but I haven't had a Work permit yet so I could not work. Thank you for your help anyway. You are so nice!

There is a chance for you to stay - but not through applying for PR through the Canadian Experience Class program. You would need to look at the Express Entry / FSW program and see if you qualify for that. There's a whole section of the forum dedicated to Express Entry. I would recommend you read through the discussions there to understand more about applying.
