Anyone has any news yet? I applied July 11,2018. Still no news. Usually people get first stage approval after 1 year or so I guess.

I think most / many are waiting 14-18 months these days for first stage. So you should almost be there.

You can be rejected after months of waiting.

I just got my first stage approval, I have been waiting for 22 months . Be brave .. you will get in there .. I know how’s the feeling..

You probably could have saved yourself a lot of time and money if you had dealyed your sponsorship until your husband was back to earning a good income and would likely have been done with the process by now.

I don’t know when they started processing my application but my lawyer said it’s in process and it’s on the right timeline for my application. That’s all I know What ground do you apply on H&C?
