Appeal at IAD and had full hearing 2020
Won appeal 2021
still waiting for our file to re-open

So you mean the federal judge sent it to reconsideration. So reconsideration is 99% approved . Just be positive. When did u got the decision made?

That's true that's why i am still very worried. Unless i get any clue that my application is positive. My lawyer already told me from the beginning that i should anticipate rejection which happens in most cases. But i stays positive. Do my daily routine and waiting for any news.

of course h&c cases nothing is guaranteed before AIP but you have been here for 12 years !!!!!
like some people lived in canada for two or three years and they become PR !
i know that time spent in Canada is not a criteria and don't guarentee approval but for 12 years i think that everything will be ok honestly just in the case you officer is a big evil !

like some people lived in canada for two or three years and they become PR !
i know that time spent in Canada is not a criteria and don't guarentee approval but for 12 years i think that everything will be ok honestly just in the case you officer is a big evil !

Make sure you have solid foundation in that 12 years. Kids in school..church...friends in the community...you volunteer

I havn't done the volunteer thing in any canadian foundation or organization. Honestly as a single mom it's quite hard because i have to work even weekends. I have a lot of bills to pay because of my daughters extra activities and my schooling now. Honestly i also need to send money back home every month.

NO our application was denied because of inadmissibility. our appeal to overcome it was H&C and best interest of the child.
