In process- July 2020
AIP- September 11, 2020
Now waiting for my medical instruction letter while Biometrics is on hold since it is still not available.

We have the same grounds. Any news about your application?

hi guys does any one know what this could be? I saw this on my time line, that is same date they sent me email that I don't need biometric. I wondering if is still the copy of that letter that they mail to me or something else? I am just curious

Mine application submitted June 2020, AOR July 2020, request for biometrics Sept. 8,2020. I submitted my biometrics last December because of covid closures. Now my lawyer is asking me to submit updates from my financial stuff and daughter's school report cards. She said just to let the officer know i am still continuing to establish myself in Canada.
Hoping also to have new information sooner.

I apply for H&C submitted Oct. 2019 and it was start process on Oct. 2020 and now Jan. 2021 it says “decission made” and sent us a correspondence about our application..is this a good or bad thing..until now we didn’t receive the correspondence yet...thanks!

hi, honestly its not a good sign at all but you should be strong and positive, many persons got bad decision in their first application but they was lucky and they bacome PR after the second appication.
try to send a stronger file and never lose hope , never give up, you will achieve you goals . i advice you to read successful stories and to ask people about their experiences to be able to apply for PR (H&C) with a better file

support letters from friends here in canada
work experiences certificates
personal certificates
and a lot more too many to remember..

Omg ! that's hard ! i have known some cases who got PR after 2 or 3 years but others they don't have PR even if they live in Canada for a very long time
