I think it is not a fake one or else they would not ask you to prepare DD in favor of CHC for the amount of Rs 8450 equivalent to CAD 150

If u see the mail it does look like a fake one

I too got something like this, even i have called to Mr. Allen Dothan and confirmed. As he asked me to contact Mr. Doleh Maher regarding further proceedings. The thing is Approval number and Receipt Number of mine is also same.

Did you provide all your employment/education details to the employer?

Do you have a contract for this job?

Has the employer sent you LMIA details for you to to apply for work permit?

Do you see where I'm going with this ? ...

Employer can't apply for WP. Only you can.

Fake. Look at the HC Delhi site if you have any doubts. & the CIC site for WP applications.

An employer can not submit an application for a WP, only the prospective employee can, AFTER the prospective employer has received a positive LMIA.

PLEASE report this email to CIC/Canadian HC in India.
