i have a little query about the job verification these days in india/Pakistan???
1.Do they call [Generally around what time]
2. physical visit [who they meet]
2.Verification by Telephone [who they call]
and
The CEO sign all the job letters [not HR] and give his phone numbers to verify, to avoid fraud . he arrives at office in different timings. I am afraid if he misses the verification call or visit :s

Just kiddding. Do not take it seriously and sorry if I have ofended u in any ways. I know u r anxious abt the verfication part but the VO could do it in any way the find feasible.

In India Visa office verifies mostly through phone calls, the same can be made to your office or at home. Personal visit is not heard of from any member.

Verification can b done through Telecom or in some cases Physical office visit (v Rare Chances).... CHC can
contact verify with your HR or who ever present there ..... may be they will ask for official emails or they will ask through official FAX number listed on company's letter head ....... Dont worry .... CHC is v professional body ... they will not throw away your case easily

As per my knowledge if VO think about some doubt then may be they will ask for more docs ... in your case as u said u sent the additional docs then patience is the only option left ... may be they will clarify rest in interview .... In my opinion things are promising for you .... see after 73 days they still not rejected your APP .... so hope for the v best .......
They call:
Whenever they feel like and whomever they feel like, not necessarily to the number on the letterhead or the business card you provided.
For example - company changed name or address or telephone number, be sure that they are able to track down the changes.
They are not idiots. Never underestimate visa officers.
we observe now a days alot of applicants are asking this question so lets us start making a data list of cases of personal visits of MIOs to verify job letters.
1- i know one person in Islamabad by profession he is a Doctor CHC MIO visite his old work place to confirm job experience letter after making a phone call.
please add here if any one knows any case like this.
