How to write and what details to include in a cover letter for FSWP?
Other than the forms and documents mentioned in the check list, Is there anything else that has to be included in the application package?
Should the items in the application package be numbered/tagged or grouped together by stapling. In simple how to to organise the application as there are too many papers and thins could fall off or even get un-noticed if not sorted properly?
You can explain some thing about yourself, which you feel, are not included in the form. Otherwise, the check list is enough instead of covering letter.
Keep the bar code page on the top of all documents and arrange every thing in an order as shown on the checklist.

On the 'general application form'. There are fields 'Current Occupation' and 'Intended Occupation'.
Should I mention the exact title as on my payslip/stub followed by NOC code? Or the 'Title' as on NOC 2011 followed by NOC code?
You can write the NOC which matches as per your experience certificate
If you are giving detailed experience certificate , payslips are not required
