Hi,
Recently i have renewed my passport in Canada and since place of issue is Toronto, i have filled 'Country of issue' as Canada under passport details section in BOWP Online Application which i later realised as wrong(it is supposed to be India). I have contacted CIC cus care and they couldn't be able to advise any. I want to withdraw and resubmit the application with correction. Could some one please advise on how to withdraw online application and can i expect my money back?. I was told that if the application is not under process then i can expect money back and its been just 15 days since i have applied. i am sure they haven't started processing my application.

I think, you can also send them an update via the contact form (choose Work Permit Online Application). Submit a copy of your Passport and a detailed explanation with your application number. I don't think, you will get your full money back; there are two fees. Please, anyone correct me, if I am wrong.
I think you won't withdraw BOWP, try to send CSE and attach the current renewed passport.

I have already uploaded my renewed work permit along with application. may i know what is CSE.

In CSE, 'Type of application' drop down contains 'Verification of Status, replacements and amendaments of documents' and other option is 'Online Temporary Residence-work permit'. May i know which one is more appropriate to chose to update CIC with correction

why you bother about correction now? I think that is not an issue boss.

I would suggest select Online Temporary Residence-Work permit.
