How to upload Attestation form in OINP - EOI

Hi, I have submitted an "Expression of Interest" under OINP Employer Job Offer: International Student stream. Before submitting the EOI, it is asking me to upload an "Attestation Form" in the Supporting documents --> Other tab. However, I am unable to figure out or see that option to upload the document. Can you please guide me the steps or where to find that option?

After you are invited, you will find the section to upload the "Attestation Form"

Just to confirm; Having submitted the EOI today and provided ECA from WES, I do not need to upload the completed attestation form until later when I have already received an invitation for OINP?
